Conocidos de aquí en adelante como ‘Servicio’.
Su acceso y uso del Servicio está condicionado a la aceptación y cumplimiento de las presentes Condiciones. Estas Condiciones se aplican a todos los visitantes, usuarios y otras personas que acceden o utilizan el servicio.
Al acceder o utilizar el Servicio, usted acepta que será limitado por estas Condiciones. Si no está de acuerdo con alguna parte de los términos, entonces no debe acceder al Servicio.

Renuncia
La utilización del servicio es bajo su propio riesgo. El Servicio se proporciona «TAL CUAL» y «SEGÚN DISPONIBILIDAD». El servicio se proporciona sin garantías de ningún tipo, ya sea expresa o implícita, incluyendo, pero sin limitarse a, las garantías implícitas de comerciabilidad, adecuación para un propósito particular, no infracción o curso de rendimiento.
Cognitios sus subsidiarias, afiliados, y sus licenciantes no garantizan que a) el Servicio funcionará ininterrumpida, segura o disponiblemente en cualquier momento o lugar determinado; b) los errores o defectos serán corregidos; c) el Servicio esté libre de virus u otros componentes dañinos; o d) los resultados de la utilización del Servicio se adapte a sus necesidades.
Ley vigente
Estos Términos se regirán e interpretarán de acuerdo con las leyes de Colombia, sin consideración a su conflicto de disposiciones legales.
Nuestra incapacidad para hacer cumplir cualquier derecho o disposición de estas Condiciones no se considerará una renuncia a esos derechos. Si alguna disposición de estos Términos es considerada inválida o inaplicable por un tribunal, las restantes disposiciones de estas Condiciones permanecerán vigentes. Estos Términos y Condiciones constituyen el acuerdo completo entre nosotros en relación con nuestro Servicio, y sustituyen y reemplazan cualquier acuerdo anterior, tengamos entre nosotros en relación con el Servicio.
Cambios
Nos reservamos el derecho, a nuestra sola discreción, de modificar o sustituir estas Condiciones en cualquier momento. Si el cambio requiere de su revisión vamos a tratar de proporcionar por lo menos 30 días de antelación antes de que cualquier nuevo término que surtan efecto. Lo que constituye un cambio sin revisión requerida será determinado a nuestra discreción.
Al continuar accediendo o utilizar nuestro servicio después de esas revisiones, los cambios se hacen efectivos, usted acepta que quedará vinculado por los términos revisados. Si no acepta los nuevos términos, por favor, deje de usar el Servicio.
Planes de servicio
Los planes de servicio se encontrarán actualizados en las páginas de cada Servicio. En caso de un servicio de pago, se enviará una factura legal con el precio vigente en el momento de uso del servicio.
Tipo de contenido NO permitido
No se permitirá que usuarios agreguen contenido que no sea legal, o que pueda no ser legal para todo tipo de audiencia. Ejemplo: Armas, drogas ilícitas, violencia en general o pornografía. Este contenido será eliminado de nuestra aplicación inmediatamente sea identificado.

current law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colombia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will survive. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between us in relation to our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we may have between us in relation to the Service.
Changes

Service plans
Service plans will be updated on the pages of each Service. In the case of a paid service, a legal invoice will be sent with the current price at the time of use of the service.
Content type NOT allowed
Users will not be allowed to add content that is not legal, or that may not be legal for all audiences. Example: Weapons, illegal drugs, violence in general or pornography. This content will be removed from our application as soon as it is identified.
